I suoi attributi sono l&#8217;angelo, l&#8217;ostia e il calice, il teschio, il cammello.<\/p><p>Ad egli fu dedito a Roma la chiesa di Sant&#8217;Onofrio al Gianicolo, eretta nel XV secolo, con affreschi absidali ed il chiostro quattrocentesco con le storie della sua vita.<\/p><p>La meravigliosa abside all\u2019interno della chiesa fu progettata da Baldassarre Peruzzi agli inizi del &#8216;500. In essa vi sono capolavori dei maggiori artisti del periodo come Pinturicchio e Carracci.<\/p><p>Degna di nota \u00e8 L\u2019Annunciazione di Antoniazzo Romano all&#8217;interno di una cappella della chiesa, e il Padre eternonel tondo.
